Alpine Optics promotes our clientele’s success through building one on one relationships with our top craftsmen in the specialized metals and optics arenas, and by offering our crew of skilled service technicians to repair and extend the life of your assets. Often we can utilize these services for custom parts and repairs which could mean the difference between your older lens going back into service, or into the landfill.
With a legacy spanning several decades, established in 1992 by Horst Stahl, a German Optical Engineer and pioneer with Ziess, Alpine Optics serves the Broadcast Industry as the vendor of choice for professional service of broadcast lenses and equipment.
In appreciation of our North Carolina mountains, our home, we adhere to green practices whenever possible such as recycling or reusing materials… because waste is not an option.
How It Works
Simple
Send in your equipment for an estimate to address on RMA. When it arrives at our office, we will contact you and let you know it is safely in our care.
Thorough
Our lab Techs will Diagnose the problem and get a comprehensive
estimate back to you for your approval. All lenses are inspected and diagnosed, usually within 2-4 business days.
Fast
Upon your approval, we begin the required service and should have it ready to ship out to you within 5 business days (depending upon parts availability, if parts are required.)
